Hypnotherapy is just like meditation but you don’t have to ‘stay in between the lines’! I call it Inward Auto Pilot. You’re in control, fully aware yet relaxed and at peace. You’re not asleep – that’s an unconscious state. Hypnotherapy is a subconscious state where your intuition, emotions and imagination is stored. Why do we want to go here? Because we want to bypass the logical, critical part of your conscious mind that judges everything you think and do. We want to get to the part of you that knows you according to YOU.
